1. Description:
LCUS-2 USB relay module is equipped with stable performance of USB to serial port chip and
microcontroller, which can be used in the computer terminal with serial debugging software to
send serial instructions to control the opening and closing of the 2 relays.
2. Features:
1>. On-board high performance micro controller chip.
2>. On-board CH340 USB control chip.
3>. On-board power supply LED indicator and relay status LED indicator.
4>. On-board 2 way 5V, 10A/250VAC, 10A/30VDC relay. The relay has long service life and
can be continuously pulled in for 100 thousand times.
5>. The module has over-current protection and relay diode freewheeling protection
function.
3. Hardware introduction and description:
Board size: 50*40mm
Board interface description:
COM1: common terminal;
NC1: normally closed end. Before the relay is pulled in, it is short connected with COM1
and then suspended after attracting;
NO1: normally open end. The relay is suspended before attracting, and then short
connected with COM1 after pull in.
COM2: common terminal;
NC2: normally closed end. Before the relay is pulled in, it is short connected with COM2
and then suspended after attracting;
NO2: normally open end. The relay is suspended before attracting, and then short
connected with COM2 after pull in.
Communication protocol specification:
The default communication baud rate of LC USB switch is 9600BPS
Turn on the first way USB switch: A0 01 01 A2
Turn off the first way USB switch: A0 01 00 A1
Turn on the second way USB switch: A0 02 01 A3
Turn off the second way USB switch: A0 02 00 A2
LC USB switch protocol
Data (1) - start identifier (default is 0xA0)
Data (2) - the switch address codes (0x01 and 0x02 represent the first and second switches
respectively)
Data (3) - operation data (0x00 is "pass", "0x01" is "open")
Data (4) - check code
4. Instructions:
1>. Connect the USB relay module to the computer and install the driver of CH340 USB to
serial port chip
2>. Open the serial debugging software of STC-ISP and SSCOM32. Select baud rate is
9600, in the form of sixteen (HEX) send A0 0101 A2 and A0 0201 A3 can open the first and
second relay respectively. A0 0100 A1 and A0 0200 A2 can be sent off in sixteen decimal
(HEX) form, and the first and second relays can be turned off respectively. You can choose to
send or send automatically. The following SSCOM32 serial debugging software examples:
Manual transmission:
Take the first road as an example. Select baud rate 9600, input command A0 0101 A2 or A0
0100 A1. Click "send" to turn on or off the first relay.
Automatically transmission:
Take the first road as an example. Select the 9600 baud rate, click on the SSCOM32
interface in the "expansion", enter the command A0 0101 A2 and A0 0100 A1, check the
"HEX send", the time interval automatically send input. Check the "automatic cycle send",
you can automatically open, turn off and turn off the first relay.
